Your order must be opened and inspected upon receipt.  All claims of shortage and defect must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.  There are no returns or exchanges on any goods unless goods are damaged or defective.  All goods returned because of damage or defect must be unused and in their original packaging.  To process a return please email returns@idsdance.com or call our toll free number for an authorization number.
