Ordering

Our site and catalog is intended for trade use only and not for end users of the products.  We sell only to schools and registered dance related businesses.  When you submit your order to IDS you are confirming that you are purchasing as a business not as a consumer, and that you accept the content of our terms and conditions.  All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by IDS and product availability.  

There is a minimum order value of $50.00.  Orders can be placed by the following methods:

1.    You may place your order online, our website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
       Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only.

2.    You may also call our Toll-Free number 866-939-8909 between 8.30am and 5pm GMT, Monday to Friday.

Payment

Visa, MasterCard or American Express payment details must be given at the time of ordering, however, payment will not be taken until the goods are sent.  All credit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We are unable to accept Purchase Orders without payment.

Shipping

If you are a first time importer you may be required to establish a relationship with US Customs and Border Protection in the form of completing a CBT Form 5106. A copy of this form can be found by selecting the following link - CBT Form 5106, and FedEx will contact you if this is required.

IDS prices are delivered duty paid via FedEx to mainland USA.

All orders will be charged $15.00 shipping and these will be delivered by FedEx Express. Only complete orders will be shipped. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes - please provide a street address and contact telephone number.

For orders outside of the United States we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs. Please contact us for further details.

Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.

Pricing and Availability

Pricing and availability on the website and in our catalog is subject to change without notice until acceptance of your order.  Our website is designed to show availability from stock.  However, we reserve the right to notify you if we are unable to supply your order immediately from stock.  If we are unable to supply you immediately those items may be removed from the order and we will notify you.

Suitability/Conformity

The products listed in our catalog are suitable for children aged 14 years and over unless stated otherwise.  We take every care to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products are correct at any given time but shall not be liable for mistakes, errors or omissions.  Color reproduction is a close representation and as accurate as the photographic, production and printing process will allow. Colors on a computer monitor or your printer may vary depending on your settings.
